Beaver Valley Corners is a 29,000 sq.ft., three-building complex. The three buildings are of 6,200 sq.ft., 13,200 sq.ft. and 9,600 sq.ft. The center is anchored by a stand-alone, upscale, broad menu restaurant, The Wellington Grille, which was also designed by ALT. As the Center has been sold out as condominiums, or tenanted up, ALT has assisted with the design of the various spaces. Location: Beavercreek, Ohio 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5
