Our first group of 15 of the restaurants is to be located in Southern Michigan, along with an undetermined number in Illinois and Chicago proper. Baja Fresh looks forward to taking advantage of our deep multi-unit experience and philosophy. The Baja Fresh concept promotes totally fresh ingredients to the extent that there are no can openers or freezer space in the kitchen. Recently having been purchased by Wendy's International, future growth is planned to be very aggressive. We look forward with great excitement to this new / old relationship.
