ALT Redesigning Peffley Ford Dealership
ALT is in the advanced development stage for the complete re-design and alteration of the Peffley Ford Auto Dealership on North Main Street in Dayton. This remarkable family owned dealership, originally erected at this location in 1964 is being extensively redone to reflect contemporary Ford Motor Company marketing goals for the new century. Ground breaking is scheduled for late Fall 2001, and completion in late Spring 2002.

Groceryland Back from the Rubble
ALT and its contractor had broken ground on a new facade for the Groceryland grocery store in Xenia on a pleasant week day morning in the Fall of 2000. By the end of the day much progress had been made toward the new foundation system. The contractor packed up and left for the day. Less than two hours later the entire building was blown flat by a tornado. And so the "if only's" we had whispered were granted. Groceryland has since re-emerged as a completely new addition to the Xenia community on July 13 of 2001. See the project summary
