Dr. Cheryl Skinner approached our firm to assist in
development of an owner-occupied medical building for her hematology and
oncology practice. The site demanded contextual responses to adjacent new
medical buildings, as well as adapting to the sloping property. Included in
the 9000-sq.ft.-per-floor building were a cardiac assessment facility, and
building management spaces.
